Introduction
The Hong Kong Film Archive is a museum for the preservation and exhibition of Hong Kong films and related materials. It is managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. The Hong Kong Film Archive is a 5-storey building with a total floor area of 7,200 square meters. The building is divided into two parts, with half of each floor serving as a collection room. The other half are exhibition halls and movie theaters, and a resource center for reference. The archive promotes Hong Kong film art for Hong Kong citizens and provides a large amount of information for film workers and researchers.
