Introduction
Going to the Jockey Club Creative Arts Center is a journey of time and space, allowing you to reminisce about the history of light industry in the 1970s, while also witnessing the development of contemporary art. This art village, converted from a "shanzhai factory" (referring to a family-style light industrial factory in Hong Kong in the 1960s and 1970s) Shek Kip Mei factory building, is leased to the art and cultural circles in the form of subsidies. There are more than 100 different Types of residency artists and groups conduct painting, sculpture, pottery, glass art, printmaking, installation, photography, video, music, dance and drama activities.

The Jockey Club Creative Arts Centre is an art village converted from the Shek Kip Mei factory-turned. It has complete barrier-free facilities and is a good place for wheelchair users to appreciate art.

Relevant information
Opening hours: Open daily from 10 am to 10 pm, except for the Lunar New Year holidays. The public can visit freely without making an appointment, but please note that individual exhibitions and art events will have different opening dates and times. To avoid asking you, please check directly with the organizer for confirmation. We also provide group guided tours by appointment to registered schools, charitable or non-profit organizations, free of charge. If you are interested, please feel free to inquire.
