Introduction
The Fringe Club is an art group that has been based in the south wing of its current location since 1983. This neo-classical brick building, formerly the office of the old milk company, was a cold storage warehouse for ice and dairy products before the refrigerator became a general household appliance in the early days; while the north wing of the building was another group of foreign reporters The venue of the meeting.
